1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They remember your preferences, enable certain website functions and help us understand how visitors use the site. We also use the browser’s local storage to save some choices on your device only.
2. What we currently use
- Language preference: your choice of Arabic or English is saved in local storage so the site opens in your preferred language.
- Cookie choice: your decision in the consent bar is saved so it does not appear again.
- Employee portal session: a strictly necessary cookie is used for company staff to sign in to the internal portal; it is not used for visitors.
No third-party analytics or advertising tools are currently active on the website. If any are added in the future, this policy will be updated before activation.
3. Types of cookies
- Strictly necessary: required for the website, the internal portal and session security; they cannot be disabled from within the site.
- Preferences: store choices such as language; you can delete them from your browser settings.
- Analytics and marketing: not currently used.
4. Maps and external services
The contact page embeds a map from OpenStreetMap; the map provider may record technical data when it loads, under its own policy. Google Maps and WhatsApp links take you to external services governed by their own policies.
5. How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies and local storage from your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent signing in to the employee portal or losing your language preference.
